- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, H92243-06-T-LH01 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support – Contract Office, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk Va intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07. The associated NAICS code is 334111 and small business size standard is $21M. Line item 0001 – 1 each – VISUAL IMAGING ARCHIVE SYSTEM. FOB Installed to NSWG2, Norfolk, VA 23521. Visual Imaging Archive System (equipment and software) to provide a large storage bank where photographers can catalog their video and photos and easily search for video and photos that are already stored in the imaging system in order to quickly produce operational, training and capability videos for different audiences. To include implementation, integration and training. Annual maintenance for same business day response phone support, 3 business day on-site response time, 1 annual on-site training for new employees, product updates, system check-up and full replacement coverage on all drives and media. Government will provide adequate space to install archive components, standard 110 v outlets, access to necessary network components and connections and access to intranet web server. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses applies to this acquisition.
