Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. This requisition #F2S3606130A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 334220. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1600hrs CST on 7 August 2006. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. CLIN 0001- Search pit cameras Deliver and Install 12 cameras (three with pan/tilt/zoom) at different locations facing different directions at the inspection area 11507 and at the gate facility 1506 covering the northwest corner. Please contact A1C Davis for the complete Statement of Work. The contractor will design, install and maintain services necessary to implement and warrant a closed circuit television (CCTV) system. System architecture shall be designed to easily incorporate future expansion. The design must provide the customer with a user-friendly, efficient, and easily serviced system. The contractor will provide system operator training for a minimum of 54 personnel. Furthermore, the contractor will provide full system servicing, to include all parts and labor, for an initial period of five years.
