Quality requirements are to be in accordance with higher level contract quality requirements in accordance with FAR 52.246-11. Request for written solicitation will be issued, with an anticipated award date of 2 November 2006. Numbered note(s) 22 and 26 apply. This will be a sole source acquisition to DRS because the agency?s minimum needs can only be satisfied by the unique supplies or services available from this source. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
