Description: The contractor shall provide training and membership for lean lite program at the Schofield Barracks Fitness Center, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The contractor shall provide an exercise training program to ensure that it compliments the goals of the lean program. The contractor shall provide a contract manager who shall be responsible for the performance of work. This requirement is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The performance period includes a base period starting 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007, plus four (4) 12-month option periods. The Government has the right to exercise the option periods which will not be advertised. A copy of this RFQ with the Performance Base Work Statement (PBWS) is available on FACNET/ASFI and at https://acquisition.army.mil or upon request. All quotes/proposals are due at 10:00 A.M.
