- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) of behalf of the Office of Family Policy Military Community & Family Policy in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 intends to negotiate a sole source award with Arizona State University. This requirement is for a study to research Charter Schools as a Quality School Choice for Military Families. This stu dy will assist the Department of Defense towards a research project to evaluate the benefits of different charter school models for military families. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this to respond to the requirement by 18 Aug 2006 at 1:00pm EST. Capabilities statements are limited to 10 pages.
