Description

This is Amendment No. 0002 to Solicitation No. GS-04P-06-EWE-0025 issued on 12/28/2005. The previous pre-solicitation notice was issued on 01/20/2006. The purpose of this amendment is as follows: Item #1 – Page 11 of Amendment No. 0001, Paragraph C.5.1 – Destruction of Material Covered under the Privacy Act – Clarification to wording of this paragraph. “ALL MATERIALS TO BE RECYCLED MUST BE SHREDDED PRIOR TO LEAVING THE VENDORS FACILITY FOR PULPING. Item #2 – Page 20 of the solicitation, paragraph # E.1.2- Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) – There is a typo in COTR (Jay Withrow) telephone number. The telephone should read (859)669-4107. Item #3 – Pages 2 of 4 and 3 of 4 (BID SHEET – SCHEDULE) of Amendment No. 0001 – Clarification of Percentage Bid. – Please Note that on page 2 of 4 and 3 of 4, you must use percentage amounts rather than a dollar amount. THE ENTIRE AMENDMENT #0002 IS POSTED ON EPS OR FedBizOpp. Amendment #0002 consists of two (2) files NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JAN-2006).
