Description

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Sub-part 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1S2AA6177A100. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20060616. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 337920; Small Business size standard is 500 employees. All GSA and Non-GSA vendors are encouraged to participate in this solicitation. The requirement is to purchase, install, disposal (existing shades/blinds) Black Window Shades and Vertical Blinds to include labor and field measurement. Product Description: Black Window shades with 1 ¼” hold fast metal rollers, duo hems (top and bottom) hold-fast metal slats, opaque, waterproof, mildew proof, flame resistant, beige glossy fiberglass vinyl coated cloth. Roller guaranteed for life of installation. Black out shades match existing shades in building 2425 for building 2424. Clean and dispose existing blinds and shades from the base. (Installation site: Edwards AFB Base CA, Buildings: 2422, 2424, 2512, 2513, 2514, 2515, 2516, 2517, 2518, 2519 and 5510) Total number of windows 324 (estimated).
