Description: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), one (1) ? six (6) month base period and one (1) ? six (6) month Option period, contract for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) support to the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity (MOE) for the Consolidated Fiber Network (CFN) project Inside Plant (ISP) equipment. The contemplated contract will include a requirement to provide support services for the following locations: (a) Baghdad at the NDCC (National Dispatching Control Center) and the co-located CRCC (Central Region Control Center), (b) Basrah at SRCC (Southern Region Control Center), and (c) Kirkuk at the NRCC (Northern Region Control Center). Contractor shall be responsible for providing life support, security, day-to-day support, and training in a manner to ensure a smooth turn-over of the CFN operations to the MOE at the end of the O&M period.
