Period of performance 2006 Oct 01 through 2007 Sep 30, with an option to extend the terms of the contract for one (1) additional one year period. This proposed contract action will be processed using SAP. Sole source determination is based on the existing unit located in the Laboratory Department J-4. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
