- The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) is seeking information on sources that can provide the Army with a proof of concept design to replace the current state of the science for fingerprint recognition devices with a technology that includes a benchmark model which is reduced in size (portable), with greater ruggedness, and captures higher quality images over a wider range of environmental conditions. The Government's goal is to meet FBI standard/specification Automated Fingerprint Identifica tion System Image Quality Specification . The designated NAIC Code is 334119, Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing (1,000 employees) for this effort. Your response shall include the following information: size of company (i.e. 8(a), Hubzone , WOSB, SB, Veteran, all others), your total revenue for the last three years, past performance on similar work dating back 5 years, your companys capability and innovative idea to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
