Description

This project consists of all plant, material, transportation, equipment, labor, supervision, permits, and permit procurement to construct an 4380 square foot addition to the existing FMS #9 shop located at 1420 Wright St, Madison, WI. The addition w ill be comprised of seven (7) vehicle storage bays for equipment assigned to our 54th Civil Support Team (CST). This facility will be constructed of masonry block with brick veneer, concrete floors, mansonry block partitions and a standing seam metal roof ing system. In addition, work will include remodeling an existing electrical equipment room and installing a bathroom and a lube system. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid opening date will be on OR ABOUT 21 September 2006. Construction time will be 270 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
