Description: This procurement is total Hub-zone set-aside. Date of issue for specifications will be on or about 14 July 2006. Bid opening will be on or about 22 August 2006 at 2:00 p.m. CST. Magnitude is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Work includes clearing and grubb ing trees, site grading, landscaping, and construction of 16 new campsites on a new gravel loop road. Optional work includes asphalt paving of new loop road and campsite turnouts, water and electrical service to campsites, relocation of a large group shelt er, relocation of a playground, a new gate house, and 8 new campsites on the existing road.
