- ?This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division Philadelphia intends to acquire various quantities of Floating Boom Containment Guides & Composite Backing Plates In accordance with Specifications with additional Option Quantities,and shall be produced over a three year perform-ance period. This requirement is a firm fixed-price and award will be to the low price technically acceptable offer. This Award shall be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures pursuant to the Test for Certain Commericial Items IAW Subpart 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
