- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. You may also access information on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/homepage.htm The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division has a requirement for a commercial procurement for production of Vehicle Inspection Cargo Screener (VICS), installation and initial support and training IAW Government Statement of Work and Performance Specification. CLIN 0001,1 EA Vehicle Inspection Cargo Screener, CLIN 0002, Installation, CLIN 0003, Training. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay. The required delivery schedule is nine months after contract award. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Firm Fixed Price commercial procurement supply type contract is envisioned for this requirement. ?No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed?. Interested sources must download from the www site listed. Submitting a proposal from the NECO web site by clicking on the ?Submit Bid? does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of offerors to download the RFP and to submit offerors to the POC at NSWC, Crane. DPAS rating is DO-A70.
