- NSN: 2940-01-360-6368, Nomenclature: Filter Element, Fluid. Approved source: Baldwin Filters (12658) P/N B7585. This NSN is being considered for addition to the Facet International Inc Corporate Contract, SP076005D9716. A new RFP is not intended. Companies interested in offering other than authentic Facet International Inc parts please contact Doug Peterson, DSCC-FMG, (PH) 614-692-7470. Corporate Contract SP0760-05-D-9716 was awarded to Facet International Inc (87405) on November 3, 2005 and includes one base year and nine one-year options. Complete specifications, plans or drawings for this NSN are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not posses complete and/or unrestrictive technical data. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the only approved source (Facet International Inc) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
