Description

INTEGRATION OF DTRA TEST CONTROL SOFTWARE WITH 85 EIS HEMP SIMULATION TEST REQUIREMENT: Provide all software and equipment necessary to develop a MIL-STD-188-125 test capability for the 738 EIS at Keesler AFB, MS, to include test control software modification, test control software development, test support equipment and hardware procurement, integration of modified and developed software and procured test support equipment and hardware with government furnished equipment, training of government personnel on integrated test capability, and field support of government personnel during first employment of integrated test capability. Negotiations will be conducted on a sole source basis with Fischer Custom Communications, Inc., Torrance, CA. Development of the new test capability is to be done at the contractor's facility.
