Duvall, Contracting Officer, (801)523-4091 DESCRIPTION: This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quot es are hereby requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 333319, size standard is 500 Employees. SPECIFICATIONS: 1. One (1) Portable Ropes Course. Minimum specifications: 8 elements, 1-34 Zip Line, 22 talk during operation, Safety Puck tract system, 12V Hydraulic lifting system, remote pendant, Dual deep cycle marine batteries, Dual lifting cylinders and hydraulic pump, scissor lift design, 1-18 x 25 walking platforms, employee safety line, 10 x 25 element stations, 12 safety pucks w/safety lines, 12 quick harnesses, warning and safety signs. Trailer specifications: 2 5/16 hitch, 7 prong plug, 16 wheels to in clude spare, DOT trailer lights, dual brake axles (torsion), reinforced steel, full length trailer design, remote set-up, powder coated finish, 6 stabilizing jacks, lockable tool/storage boxes. Equivalent to Spectrum Sports Rope-A-Phobia. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be Firm-Fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors: (1) q uality of item being offered; (2) past performance in providing similar type of item; (3) total cost and/or price.
