SOLICITATION: 301816Q307 PROJECT TITLE: Building Site Cleanup PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Litchfield Wetland Management District Litchfield, Minnesota PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of: Demolition of nineteen (19) structures constructed of wood or metal to include: associated shingles, cinder block, rock or concrete foundation, with the on site burial of debris created during demolition, on site burial of scattered debris which will include fences, rock piles, and junk piles, site cleanup work and site restoration work at an abandoned farmstead site. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is issued as unrestricted under the SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM, PUBLIC LAW 100-656, AND IS NOT SET-ASIDE EXCLUSIVELY FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors, $13 Million Dollars. The Solicitation (RFQ) package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on approximately August 24, 2006 with Quotes due on or about September 13, 2006. A Hard copy of the RFQ Package will not be mailed unless specifically requested. The Solicitation package includes: A scope of work, drawings, and a wage determination.
