Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network intends to issue an order on a sole source basis to the World-Check Online Service web database to acquire subject, organizational and/or geographical information. World-Check is a database created with specific foresight for providing information to assist law enforcement and the banking communities with world-wide data in support of terrorist and money laundering investigations. Information provided by World-Check covers over 200 countries, in excess of 55,000 profiles and grows by approximately 5,000 entities each month. WorldCheck?s proprietary system is compatible and complies with FINCEN and US Treasury?s security and computer regulations. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt-Administrative Resource Center will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 08/16/2006 by 2:00 P.M. EST. Affirmative responses shall reference FIN-16020-06-0009 and shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required functional equivalent at terms more advantageous to the Government. Requests for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses.
