- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Headquarters (HQ) Enterprise Transformation Office (DT) has a requirement for 15 days of consulting services to facilitate the implementation of the Enteprise Balanced Scorecard strategy. DLA has worked with Balanced Scorecard Collaborative (BSCol), a Palladium Company in the development of its strategy and scorecards on previous contracts based upon a determination of their unique qualifications. The required consulting services will augment and facilitate the existing structure. Therefore, the Government intends to award on a sole source basis to BSCol under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 / 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). However, all responsible, interested parties are welcome to respond, and will receive consideration.
