Description: Services to be provided are annual activities that include 1) grass cutting (mowing), trimming and edging, and recreation area cleaning; 2) toilet/shower building cleaning; 3) individual picnic/camping site cleaning; 4) recreation area litter pickup; and 5) trash collecton. The work will be convered by a firm-fixed price and Performance Based Service Contract as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those Government-Furnished items. This work will be performed at recreation areas on the Bankhead, Conecuh, Oakmulgee, and Tuskegee Ranger Districts. This project is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
