Description: NOTICE OF INTENT: The VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge, Ohio to provide Stat Lab and Radiology services for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Cambridge, Ohio. The term of the contract will be base year with two (2) one-year renewal options, subject to availability of funds. Anticipated completion date of negotiations is August 30, 2006.
