- The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Consolidated Contracting Center, 4100 E. Mississippi Ave., Suite 1110, Glendale, CO 80246 intends to procure orthotic services for eligible veteran beneficiaries located in the following VISN 19 VA jurisdictions: VA Cheyenne, WY; VA Sheridan, WY; VA Grand Junction, CO; VA Denver, CO; VA Ft. Harrison, MT; and VA Salt Lake City, UT. It is anticipated that multiple award contracts will be made. The contracts(s) will contain a one (1) year base period and two (2) one-year options periods renewable at the discretion of the Government. This requirement is a partial set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 339113 and small business size standard of 500 employees; and large business concerns. Contractors shall possess the capability to supply, custom fit, and repair orthotic devices and/or appliances on veterans located in the VISN 19 area.
