- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this nonotice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for TEKSOFT Software and Hotline Services Support. The contractor shall provide all technical support, software maintenance releases, and software upgrades. 0001- QTY 1EA - TekSoft ProCAM Update Subscription Plan (USP) and Cimtronics Support Annual Renewal Fee for Your License(s). Includes software updates, documentation and priority Hotline support for the following license(s) activated for: M09537 /CAD/2DMill/Lathe/3DMill; M09538 /CAD/2DMill/Lathe/3DMill; M09539/CAD/2DMill/Lathe/EDM/3DMill; M27443 /CAD/EDM. The Government intends to award this as a sole source. This solicitation F2ETGT6103A2 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and should include New Mexico Gross Receipt Tax, if applicable. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2006-10. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 541511. The size standard is $21,000,000 .
