Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 109th Airlift Wing requires one Flightcell DZM multilink communications hub which integrates portable satellite phone, cell phone or tactical radio into aircraft intercom systems to p rovide all crew members with global point-to-point communications; transmitts regular or on-demand GPC position data via either satellitle phone or cell phone to any other authorized aircraft, vehicle or ground installation and providing bi-directional sho rt burst data transmission, allowing mission-critical data to be sent from aircraft to base OR aircraft to aircraft.
