Description: The Navy has a requirement for technical services to support the interface of data from CIRCUITS TO DWAS (Defense Working Capital Fund Accounting System). CIRCUITS is the Navy's Centralized and Integrated Reporting for the Comprehensive Utilities Information and Tracking System (CIRCUITS). The Navy intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Digital Control Systems, Inc. (DSG) of Warminster, PA. DSG developed DWAS.
