Description: The Navy requires technical services for additional DWAS functionality. DWAS is the Defense Working Capital Fund Accounting System. Due to the recent Facilities Engineering Command (FEC) transformation, DWAS will be required to provide the Resource Allocation Process (RAP) codes required by the FEC Comptroller in FY2007 to allow reporting at the product line level. The Navy intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Digital Systems Group, Inc. (DSG) of Warminster, PA. DWAS software is copyrighted by DSG.
