Description

The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service is interested in leasing approximately, 3600 net usable square feet of first class office space in Kennebec, South Dakota. Occupancy of the leased space is required by September 29, 2006. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications, be located within the city limits of Kennebec (or within 1 mile of the city limits), and be fully serviced. The space must be contiguous with parking for 30 vehicles and which also provides pull-through parking for large trucks, horse trailers, etc. The space must be fully handicapped accessible. Interested parties should submit solicitation NRCS-01a-SD-06 to Sue Jones, Real Property Leasing Officer, USDA by 3 PM on May 5, 2006. Solicitation packages are available now. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAR-2006).
