- SUMMARY OF CHANGES The following Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to administer the information addressed herein: The required response date/time has changed from 16 August 2006 12:00 PM to 9 August 2006 1600 or 4:00 PM. Below is clarification on various CLIN's. Identify the pier that will be used for the visit? Pier 10 CLIN 0023 - Brow Provide dimensions of brow to be utilized and where they are to be picked up from and returned to? Brows will be 25 FT or 30 FT, contractor shall price mob/demob from Ingleside, TX. CLIN 0024 - Generators Confirm you only want generator(s) for two days and not the entire port visit. Generators needed for entire period of performance. CLIN 0012 - Stand-Off Barge Moored to Pier Submarine fenders are not available commercially. Can you locate a US base that has them so that we can arrange mob/demob otherwise Yoko's will have to be used. Please advise. See spreadsheet. Fenders coming from Port Canaveral and Mayport, FL. CLIN 0015 - Telephone Landline Landlines are not available. Would they consider cellular phones? Indicate landline are not available on your submission. CLIN 0016AC - 15K Flat Bed Is this the weight capacity? Weight capacity. CLIN 0016AD - 250 Crew Cab Pick Up Define what that is? Ie. Ford 250 diesel, 7.3 power stroke. CLIN 0019AC - Cooled Bottled Water Define what is meant by cooled bottle water. Based upon the language provided, we could drop 9,464 chilled bottles of water on the Pier and have met the requirement. What size bottle is require? Require 1 Liter bottles, 8 Liters/per person X 91 people = 728 Bottles Per Day for Delivery. Total of 728 Bottles X 13 Days = 9,464 chilled Bottles for entire period of performance. Bottled water shall remain chilled during entire period of performance. CLIN 0019AF - Diesel Fuel Advise what the 28000 gals of diesel fuel will be used for and where it is to be delivered. Facilitate light carts (provided by Mobile Security Force) and generators (provided by Mobile Security Force), 200/GL per day delivered to Pier 10 starting 30th of August through the 11th of September. Note Change of Quantity: Total gallons of diesel fuel required for period of performance is 2,600. CLIN 0020AA - Hotel Rooms Please provide exact requirements or allow Actual Cost? Actual Cost *****Change on CLIN 0016AA - 15 Passenger Vans As per the Customer Request********* Customer is changing the requirement from 4 Passenger Vans to 3 Passenger Vans. ***Change on CLIN 0016AE - SUV W/Class 2 Trailer Recievers As per Customer Request*** Customer is changing the requirement from a Class 2 Trailer Receiver to a Class 3 Trailer Receiver. See Pricing Spreadsheet - Attachment 1-0001 for the above changes highlighted in red.
