Description: This is a synopsis for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 for restoration of restroom floors at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213-1199. A minimum of five years experience in performing work similar to that in the solicitation is required. At a minimum, all work performed under this contract shall be warranted for workmanship and materials for a period of one year. A one-year contract with four potential one-year option periods is being contemplated. FOB point shall be destination. Issue date is August 22, 2006.
