Description: Furnish all labor,materials,equipment,and supervision to perform the cleaning, testing, adjusting and balancing of the HVAC system for Bldg 1A at the VA Boston Healthcare System's Jamaica Plain Division. Bldg 1A is a four story stucture of approximately 40,000 sq. ft. NAIC 561790 and Size Standard $6.5M apply to this solicitation and it is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. All requests for the solicitation must be submitted in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail to the Contracting Officer. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 22, 2006.
