Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additonal information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Virginia Beach, Virginia has a potential requirement to procure the following: Remove existing four dual dispensers and two de-fueling pumps and dispose of them off-site. Set the new dispensers and pumps listed herein, using existing piping, wiring, and under-dispenser impact valves. Use of existng piping and wiring is based on it being in good condition and properly wired. Additional electric work would have to be submitted in writing. New units must be hooked up to the existing Maximus control system. Install splitter valves and hook up to existing vapor line under the dispenser, install hose retrievers, hoses, nozzles, swivels, breakaways, and filters. Re-use the existing hydraulic couplers on the de-fueler pumps. Check out for proper operation and calibrate new dipsenser meters. List of equipment needed ? (10) 6102-1078P OPW 78" Retractor/Post assembly, (6) P1396 Hose clamp kit for 1" I.D hose, (2) P1394 Hose clamp kit for ?" I.D. hose, (2) Hose clamp kit for vapor recovery hose, (6) 14'x1" hardwall curb pump hose, cpld m x m, (2) ?" x 12' Vapor Recovery hose, (6) 45-5075 OPW 1" Hose swivel, (2) 241TPS-021 OPW ?" Hose swivel, (6) 66RB-2000 OPW 1? Reconnectable breakaway coupling, (2) 66CL OPW Breadaway for vapor recovery, (2) 66REC-1000 OPW ?" Reconnectable breakaway coupling, (6) 1?x8? Whip hose for breakaway, (2) 1' Whip hose for vapor recovery breakaway, (2) ?" x 9" Whip hose for breakaway, (6) 7H-0400 OPW Automatic nozzle, (2) 11VF OPW Vapor recovery nozzle (balance), (8) 805 Spin-on filter adapter, (8) 800HS-10 Spin-on filter for gasoline and diesel fuel, hydrosorb media, (2) 38CS OPW slitter fitting for stage II vapor recovery (balance) for the dual dispenser serving road vehicles. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12, 04 August 2006. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 424720 applies to this procurement. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on price. The prospective offeror must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for award.
