Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is W81UBH-6195-C0002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by Aug 28, 2006 1:00 p.m. (Local Time). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business es. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332311. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting quotes to procure the following supply or services: STATEMENT OF WORK 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Mobile office system. a. Function of the item: Provide office for 4 personnel. b. Performance levels or performance specifications that need to be met: Office system designed around a core concept of multiple use. Capable for use as the same system after transport and connection to external power resources. c. Essential characteristics: All solid-solid wall construction, CSC certified ISO container. Highest R-factor insulation R-16. Internal usable sq footage (480), Permanently placed internal 2.5 ton A/C heat system. Ceilings are = to or greater than 7. 5 ft, Interior can be configured to any design the customer desires, Lighting, electrical, 5 Cat-5 cable and phone jacks. External and internal electrical power capable, no trailer needed. Must be certified for stacking at least 9, high, moveable by fork lift, solid/rigid wall construction. Not requiring wall mounted folding tables. Capable of operating on 5 KW generator power(provided by customer). External electrical hook up to be determined. No trailer required. 2. DELIVERY SUMMARY: a. Anticipated delivery of one system NLT 60 days after contract award. b. Containers with storage systems are to be delivered to OSMS, Attn: Jim Davis, CECOM 10101 SE Clackamas Rd, Bldg 6480 Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, Oregon 97015 3. GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY AND SERVICES: a. 5 KW Generator The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the lowest priced offer which is both techn ically acceptable and shows satisfactory past performance.
