Description: Haleakala National Park has a requirement for services to provide routine (every 3-4 weeks as called upon, NTE 18 trips) sewage pumping and disposal for seven vault toilets (with a capacity of 750 gallons each) and one holding tank (with an approximate capacity of 1000 gallons) in the Kipahulu District of Haleakala National Park, Kipahulu HI. Sewage shall be disposed of at municipal or county sewage disposal facilities, in accordance with all applicable County and State regulations. Contractor shall be required to schedule and complete each trip within 5 working days of receiving telephone request. Contract period shall be for 1-base year and will include 1 one-year option period that may be exercised at the option of the Government. This contract is set-aside 100% for small business. All qualified small business sources may submit a quote, which if submitted in a timely manner will be considered. The NAICS code for this project is 562991 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million or less. It is anticipated that Solicitation # Q8294060029 will be available for download at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 18, 2006.
