Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for the complete installation of an outdoor air dehumidification system in the Perry's Monument basement, located within the boundaries of the Perry's Victory & International Peace Memorial, 93 Delaware Avenue, Put-in-Bay, Ohio. Work will include, but is not limited to, installation of a condenser, thus serving to dehumidify and ventilate the entire Monument column by drawing air from the basement intake and supplying air through existing registers to the Monument Rotunda and up the sprial staircase to the elevator platforms. A full description of all work will be included in the Request for Quotation. All work required shall be in accordance with all Federal, State and Local regulations. The NAICS Code for this project is 238210. The small business size standard is $13 million. The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Project performance time is 45 days after Notice to Proceed. This project will be solicitated and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, this project is open to both large and small businesses. Although not a requirement for quoting, a site visit is highly recommended.
