Description: The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a contract modification to EMCUBE, Inc., 1800 N. Beauregard Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22311-1880 The Contractor shall continue to support generating and implementing processes for continuous improvement (CI) of both technical and business management processes associated with the programs under the cognizance of the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).Organizational Value and Organizational Structure portions of the Human Capital Management Strategic Plan. This effort is continuation of services begun under an existing contract. EMCUBE is the only source capable of providing this effort which is inextricably linked to the effort already begun under the contract. See Note 22!!
