Description: The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract, using simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Dr. Allan Zebedee, Ph.D., for assistance to the Office of Economic Analysis (OEA). The Contractor will work with SEC?s Economic Analysis employees to provide assistance with regard to fair funds distribution and other matters in the U.S. securities markets. The period of performance will be through August 31, 2007. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive bids; no solicitation will be used.
