Requested delivery is 90 days ADO to New Cumberland PA and Stockton, CA. NSN requires ORIGIN Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of August 30, 2006 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
