Description

VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro TN 37129 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sable Medical, LLC, 1623 6th St. W, Kirkland WA 98033 to provide all labor, materials, tools, travel, equipment, and supervision to perform preventative maintenance and repair of NextRX MedCache Automated Pharmaceutical System equipment located at the VA Medical Center, 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502. The contractor shall provide labor to install all factory recommended hardware and software updates. The contractor is responsible for incorporating all manufacturer recommended hardware and software updates which ensure performance to current product specifications. Contractor shall be required to install and maintain the updates as requested by the factory. Term of performance is October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. No solicitation package is available. The government believes this is the only source capable of satisfying these requirements. This notice is issued for information only and is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests will be accepted. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
