Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for copier maintenance for government owned Canon Copiers. The black and white copiers require a monthly allowance of 210,000 shared between for five each IR300G, one each IR105 and three each IR3200 copiers. No max or min allowance for color copies on the IR3200. Flat rate for each copy made billed monthly. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance/expected delivery date is 1 Oct 06 to 30 Sep 07. This is an unfunded requirement for a fiscal year 2007 requirement. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is unrestricted. Solicitation No. FA2521-06-T-0298 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 7359, business size of 23 million and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 532420.
