Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE COMMERCIAL SERVICES: Elmendorf AFB has requirements for various types of asphalt and airfield/street sand materials. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and other items necessary to provide required services. Contractor must be located within a drivable 20 mile radius of Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, since the various asphalt materials will be picked-up by the government at the successful offeror?s location. Airfield Sand or Street Sand-Salt Mixture material requirements may be picked-up by the government or delivered to the specified government location by the successful offeror. Solicitation will be available on or about 16 August 2006 with a closing date of 31 August 2006. This project is UNRESTRICTED under NAICS Code 324121. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All offerors shall submit Offeror Representations and Certifications IAW Far 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000 with their proposals unless they have registered through Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov. Successful offeror must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov prior to award. Solicitation specifications will only be available through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.fbo.gov. Format for specifications and attachments are Microsoft Word.
