Description

The Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed for the repair and preventive maintenance on the various elevators located throughout National Mall and Memorial Parks, Washington, D.C. The contract has a base period with an opportunity of 4 option years. The estimated magnitude is between $75,000 to $85,000 a year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238290 with a small business size of $13 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. This procurement is open to all size businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. This means 10% will be added to large business bids for evaluation purposes if a HUBZone offer is received. The solicitation and specifications for this procurement will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about 08/28/2006.
