- The United States Government seeks to lease a total of 14,831 square feet of office space for two distinct user groups that can be housed in either one or two separate building(s). 1. Approximately 7,731 rentable sq. ft, yielding a minimum of 6,723 ANSI/BOMA (Useable) square feet of contiguous space. The anticipated term is 10 years, 5 years firm as a fully serviced lease. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2007. 2. Approximately 7,100 rentable sq. ft, yielding a minimum of 6,174 ANSI/BOMA (Useable) square feet of contiguous space. The anticipated term is 10 years, 5 years firm as a fully serviced lease. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 14, 2007. The building(s) must lie within the following delineated area: North: Burnside Street; East: Market Street; South: Willamette River; West: SW 11th Avenue. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all Federal/GSA/PBS, State, and local codes and regulations including but not limited to fire and life safety, accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum: - Building name/address - Location of space in the building and date it will be available - Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered - Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF - Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
