Description

This project includes replacing a cooling tower, with alternates to replace two additional cooling towers and for a water treatment system, at the Schwartz FB & USCH, 880 Front Street, San Diego, CA. The performance period will be approximately 9 months. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.10), for NAICS 238220. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. A solicitation will be posted to this site in the near future. Specifications and drawings will be provided in electronic format at the pre-proposal meeting/site visit. A document security agreement must be executted and submitted prior to being given a copy of specifications and drawings. This agreement is being posted. A pre-proposal meeting/site visit will be held at 11:00 AM PDST, Friday August 18, 2006, at the Federal Building, 880 Front Street, San Diego, CA. Go to the GSA Property Manager's office, suite 4236. On site contact is Wayne Hughes, 619-557-6136. Attendance is strongly recommended. Qualifications documents (as described in the solicitation) are due 12 Noon PDST on September 11, 2006. Price proposal (as desceibed in the solicitation) is due 12 Noon PDST on September 15, 2006.
