Description

This project involves replacing an obsolete existing boiler (in underground parking garage) with a new rooftop boiler at the Federal Building, 1340 W. 6th St., Los Angeles, CA. The performance period will be approximately 11 months. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.10), for NAICS 238220. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. A solicitation will be posted to this site in the near future. Specifications and drawings will be provided in electronic format at the pre-proposal meeting/site visit. A document security agreement must be executted and submitted prior to being given a copy of specifications and drawings. This agreement is being posted. A pre-proposal meeting/site visit will be held at 1:30 PM PDST, Friday August 25, 2006, at the Federal Building, 1340 W. 6th Street (at Valencia), Los Angeles, CA. Meet in front of the building. Attendance is strongly recommended. Qualifications documents (as described in the solicitation) are due 12 Noon PDST on September 11, 2006. Price proposal (as desceibed in the solicitation) is due 12 Noon PDST on September 15, 2006.
