Description

The purpose of this amendment is to correct part numbers, delete small business statement, identify required delivery, and clarify Cisco requirement on product. -- Correct existing Part Numbers for the following CLINs to correctly read: CLIN0001: (WS-C3750-24FS-S) Catalyst..., and CLIN0005: (GLC-SX-MM=) GE SFP... -- This requirement is not set aside for small business, therefore, delete statement in Paragraph 2 referring to NAICS code with a Small business standard of 500 employees. -- Delivery of product will be 21 days ARO. -- All CLINs are for CISCO BRAND NAME ONLY. Only quotes from Authorized Cisco Resellers will be considered. All items should be obtained ONLY from Authorized Cisco Distribution Channels. Market research efforts found that the CLINs for the 7304 items are available only through Cisco authorized resellers at the Premier, Silver or Gold levels. Please verify with Cisco that your organization is authorized to sell these products and support PRIOR to submitting a quote. If you have further questions or concerns, contact Kathleen D.
