- (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation W912L7-06-T-0026 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throug h the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 (04 August 2006). (IV) This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS Code for this acquisition is 561320; small business size standard is $12.5 Million. (V) COMMERCIAL ITE M DESCRIPTION: Temporary Food Services Workers for one weekend per month to perform food service attendant services. CLIN 0001AA Base Year (576 hours) from 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2006. CLIN 0001AB Option Year 1 (576 hours) from 1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. CLIN 0001AC Option Year 2 (576 hours) from 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009. CLIN 0001AD Option Year 3 (576 hours) from 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2010. CLIN 0001AE Option Year 4 (576 hours) from 1 Oct ober 2010 through 30 September 2011. (VI) Period of Performance: Base Year plus 4 Option Years. (VII) Place of Performance: 134ARW Tennessee Air National Guard (Rocky Top Dining Facility), Louisville, TN 37777, FOB Point is DESTINATION. (VIII) The follow ing provisions in their latest editions/revisions apply to this solicitation: (IX) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial.
