Description: This is a notice of intent to award a Purchase Order to Heim Data Systems, Inc. of 1747 Hwy 34 S. Belmar NJ 07719-0490 on an other than full and open competition. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis with Heim Data Systems because as sole manufacturer of the D200f Digital Data Recording System, they are the only known source that can provide the necessary components with the frequency bandwidth, channel density, weight, size, features and performance required. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by this agency.
