Description

Solicitation N00421-06-T-0252 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis (MFG MUST BE VOLTMASTER ONLY) to purchase CLIN 0001 Quantity 4 ea P/N LR120EL ? 208 DIESEL GENERATOR, CLIN 0002 Quantity 4 ea P/N LR50L-208 GENERATOR under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Award is expected 28 AUG 2006. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 25 AUG 2006 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
