Item 0005; Optical Finger Switch QTY 1ea. Item 0006; AB-180 Intermediate Spare Parts Kit QTY 1 ea. Item 0007; PI-412CW Freestanding Imprinter W/Stand QTY 1 ea. Item 0008; PI-412CW Intermediate Spare Parts Kit QTY 1 ea. Item 0009; Auto label Designer Gold Software W/UPI QTY 1 ea. Item 0010; Bar Code Scanner/Hand Held QTY 1 LOT. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This announcement is issued as request for quotation N00189-06-Q-PG94. The standard NAICS classification is 333993. Pricing shall be FOB Destination (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME.). The provisions Commercial Items Clause 52.212-4, with quotations. (Note: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) text is available at http://www.arnet.gov/far.) Quotations shall include the vendor?s Cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number). Quotations shall be on company letterhead in company format and may be faxed to (207) 438-1251 ATTN: Robert Seaward.
